- Editorial feedback. Spotted an error in a guide or article? We’d like to fix it.
- Privacy or data questions. We’re happy to walk you through exactly how our tools work.
- Press, partnership, or business inquiries. Reach out to the same address.
What we cannot help with
- General image-editing support outside of our tools. We can’t help you debug Photoshop or Figma.
- Custom development work. We don’t take freelance requests through this address.
- Bulk-processing jobs on our end. Our tools run in your browser; there is no server-side service we can run for you.
Privacy of your messages
Emails sent to us are received by our team’s standard mail server. We do not publish, share, or sell your email address. Messages are retained as long as they remain useful for support purposes and then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

FreeTinyPNG operates as an independent online publisher. We do not maintain a public office address; for any matter that requires postal correspondence, please contact us by email first and we will provide a mailing address as needed.
